ABOUT ME

I am an enthusiastic, award-winning amateur photographer based in the South-West of England doing my best to juggle a busy day job with a real passion for creating a broad range of images.

I've been taking pictures for most of my adult life, but over the last 10 years or so I've started to consider myself a photographer in the artistic sense of the word.

Long exposure shot of the Crown mines at Botallack on Cornwall’s north facing coastline. The whole area is covered with the remains of old mining buildings, many of which sit atop dramatic clifftops. Botallack is one of the few exceptions to this being situated low down on the cliffs close to the Atlantic. Its deepest shaft is 500 metres below sea level, and extends 400 metres out under the Atlantic
